The Role
The company is seeking to expand the Retail team based from Riyadh, KSA. The candidate will lead a team of 5 & 10 QS’s for delivery of large scale regional malls.

Essential Criteria:- In-depth knowledge and experience commercial management of retail super & mega malls at both pre & post contract stage;
- Middle East retails malls experience in last 4-5 years preferable;
- Middle East construction experience added benefit, delivery experience in Saudi Arabia would be a differentiator;

Manage Shipping Manager ensuring minimum delays due to defective paperwork and maintaining effective working relationships with relevant customs and laboratory personnel and other third parties

The Role
Adecco is working in partnership with a leading tableware manufacturing client who have openings in Saudi Arabia for Sales Executives (Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam), reporting into the Area Sales Manager.

Level of Autonomy
? First hand negotiation with the identified customer will happen at this level.
? Interact regularly with customers to track service levels and resolve issue with aim to maintain and increase
business.
? Direct the customer’s instore merchandisers and shelf man for proper merchandising and stocking / filling
activities as and when required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Market Objectives:
? Responsible to achieve the yearly target assigned for the market allocated as per the budget to achieve
profitability for the business as per the assigned scope of TT/MT.
? Generate more Sales by identifying new leads along with ASM in order to have better market distribution of
Arc’s products.
? Merchandize products at the outlets in their assigned territory to ensure high visibility with optimum stock
levels.
? In coordination with ASM, develop and implement monthly sales plan that deliver company agreed objectives
& targets.
? Communicate and train customers to effectively and successfully implement the brands strategy.
? Achieve qualitative and quantitative IMS, distribution and visibility targets and objectives by brand by outlet.
? Ensure agreed must stock range is available in store, at the right visibility. Strive to maximize assortment
beyond must stock list.
? Identify regularly new potential customers in his area.
Product Merchandising
? Implement the company Trade Standard Strategy within every store and ensuring the company Trade
Standards are met consistently in every store.
? Ensuring maximum shelf space for the company’s products in every store by effective space management
programs, increased product ranges / lines and new product acceptance.
? Ensuring all displays are in place and shelves fully stocked on time, the allocated display are managed
properly, all SKUs are correctly tagged and priced at all times.
? Implement agreed range of displayed SKUs, shelf space, planogram and other display activities in chain
stores, as negotiated by the ASM.
? Ensure all display materials and in-store displays in accordance with agreed programs as per the monthly
sales plan and display is erected on time.
Promotions/ Activities/ Events
? Implement Product Promotion Plans and New Product Launch Programs effectively through Store
Activity/Action Plans based on ASM Promotion Agenda and Trade Marketing Manager to ensure that agreed
range of SKU's are displayed according as per promotion program.
Market Intelligence:
? Gather information on competitors’ activities in the market place and communicate to the ASM to
enable sales management to take counter measures to combat competitors’ initiatives.
Requirements
1. KSA or GCC driving license is essential.
2. Arabic language fluency + English
3. 2 years sales experience within Modern Trade or Traditional Trade business.
4. Must have worked for at least 2 years within one company and for that region.
5. KSA market experience + Transferable Iqama preferable
