The Role
The company
is seeking to expand the Retail team based from Riyadh, KSA. The candidate will
lead a team of 5 & 10 QS’s for delivery of large scale regional malls.
Essential Criteria:
- In-depth knowledge and experience commercial management of retail super & mega malls at both pre & post contract stage;
- Middle East retails malls experience in last 4-5 years preferable;
- Middle East construction experience added benefit, delivery experience in Saudi Arabia would be a differentiator;
- Good contract, commercial and financial understanding, 10 years post qualification experience;
- Excellent written English for preparation of task orders, contract letters and communications;
- Good negotiation skills to agree sub-contracts with third parties;
- Previous experience in government departments/client side roles;
- Large company & project financial control systems use & understanding;
- Good attention to detail and ability to review invoices and contracts prior to issue.

Quantity Surveying from recognized University;
- Must have previous experience of FIDIC Contracts;
- Strong contractual, commercial and financial knowledge;
- Min 15 years post-contract relevant capacity in contracts and commercial management;
- Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 5 years;
- Must have minimum of 3 years Middle East experience preferred;
- Project management acumen;
- Good communication skills;
- Politically aware;
- Team player, team leader;

Our client
is looking for an experienced Treasury Director to oversee the Treasury and
Cash management function of this large Private Group.
Our client is a large Private Investment Group, based in Saudi Arabia, they have a broad asset and investment mix, managing interests in more than 40 companies in The Middle East and abroad.
Reporting to the Group CFO, and managing a team of Treasury professionals, your primary responsibility is to manage the entire Treasury Function for the Group, this will include and not be limited to:
- Develop and recommend short term investment strategies.
- Developing key relationships with external parties including clients, financing companies, government institutions and legal counsel;
- Preparing of origination strategies and presentation of strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Advising and structuring of debt and equity transactions,
- Negotiating with banks and maintaining relationship on regular basis;
- Developing and creating Islamic Structured Funds
- Manage and supervise credit facilities and Murabaha's.
