Our client is a well known Health and Beauty product retailer who is currently seeking to welcome a Supply Chain Director. This role reports directly to the CEO, the main objectives of this role are;

To be able to efficiently manage all aspects of the supply chain in particular the movement of products to/from the warehouse and to all company and franchised stores, and back
To efficiently manage the Merchandising team to deliver maximum on-shelf availability in stores.
Ensure that the right stock is available at the right time across all stores
Manage the mix and pricing of all categories to achieve gross margin percentages ahead of annual budget.
Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and implement Supply Chain policies and procedures, from inbound shipments to warehouse to final deliveries to/from stores
Lead, coach and develop direct reports encouraging an open, supportive team culture, and liaise with colleagues across the company especially in IT and NPD departments
Ensure accurate, timely and cost effective product distribution in line with the needs of the business and working to forecasts and weekly delivery schedules agreed with Sales, Franchise and Merchandise Director(s).
Agree store range plans with Sales department and review individual store grading at least twice per year
Coordinate with Merchandising Director to deliver maximum in store on shelf availability setting and reviewing Min/Max levels and optimizing the auto replenishment facility
Manage OTB model and recommend purchase quantities to the OTB committee to ensure that best sellers are never out of stock and core lines are at 97% availability at all times
Ensure that terminal stocks are identified monthly and progressively marked down and liquidated through the clearance stores
Manage warehouse operations and administration to industry leading standards and recognized best practices
Ensure that all supply chain and warehouse personnel are fully briefed on weekly deadlines and priorities and are working efficiently together with the same goals
Manage Shipping Manager ensuring minimum delays due to defective paperwork and maintaining effective working relationships with relevant customs and laboratory personnel and other third parties
Recommend Supply Chain budget and resources required on annual basis and deliver Supply Chain costs within approved Budget per Annual Business Plan
Stay abreast of regional / international changes that may affect the supply chain and recognize technological developments that may benefit distribution in general.

The Role
OFFSHORE TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION
A leading EPC company in Saudi Arabia is currently seeking an OFFSHORE TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENGINEER for a major offshore project.

Position Summary:
- Experienced in offshore oil / gas, hydrocarbon and in engineering fields large projects.
- A Telecoms discipline engineer must assist his IandC LE in coordinating both the Telecoms Engineering and Design teams and be familiar with the workings of the engineering and design software systems being used on the project.
- Participate in specified related aspects of telecommunications and security systems design.
- Participate in the engineering and design of a facility under the supervision of senior personnel, including coordination with IandC Engineering, Piping Design (for layout design), Safety Engineering and Electrical Engineering groups for the functional requirements.
- Prepare and review engineering studies, design drawings, documents, and material and equipment specifications and datasheets.

Responsibilities or Duties:
- Design and implementation of telecommunications and security systems based on field layouts and facilities requirements.
- Establish the contract execution plan for the telecoms and security systems.
- Specification of field equipment.
- Specification and selection of Telecommunications.
- Knowledge of industry codes and standards applicable to Oil and Gas and Refining Industries (API, ISA, NEC / IEC, NFPA, ASME, etc.) and preferably also Saudi Aramco standards and working practices.
- Interface with the Project Management team and Client.

Required Experience:
- 5 Years Telecoms Engineering or related industry experience and a BSc Engineering degree

Additional Requirements:
- Visits to offshore facilities for surveys.
- Lifting and carrying offshore.
- Inspection trips
- Leadership experience or proven leadership skills.
- Should be proficient in Microsoft office software (Word and Excel) and Mustang purchased and in house created software such as Caesar II. Should also be familiar with editing, opening and reading drawings in Microstation and working with SP3D 3D CAD system on projects. Should be familiar with responding to e-Mails and doing all necessary actions as required.

- Assists the design supervisor in coordinating design management with engineering discipline lead engineers.
- Responsible for preparing and review of calculations, design drawings, and other information.
