- Ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions.
- Developed Web Applications.
- Register, prioritize and follow up all tasks using IT Service Desk application or TFS
- Collaborate with eCommerce Onsite and Offshore Development Teams along with DBA to communicate open issues.
- Collaborate with Testers and Quality Control Team to track and document issues in systems.
- Follow standard IT Service Desk procedures to support users within the time specified to avoid SLA violations.
- Follow strictly and perform preventive maintenance tasks effectively as scheduled.
- Perform appropriate hardware and software upgrades and Health checking.
- Monitor, analyze and report reliability and performance issues.
- Participate in different project tasks as assigned.
- Provide occasional after hours and weekend support.
- Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
- Interact with various 3rd party ticketing systems for example, hosting company ticketing system, JIRA, TFS, and others.
- Supported Microsoft Systems in terms of Software and Hardware
- Ability to perform health checks on Software and Hardware performance for external and internal systems
- Administrated and supported various Microsoft Solutions especially, TFS and Visual Studio
- Must have eCommerce or Web Application experience
- Good Communication Skills in Arabic and English
- Highly Motivated and a Team Player
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to drive participate with diverse teams to achieve successful results
- Ability to prioritize team tasks and projects so that deadlines are met
