The Role
Our client are a global foreign currency exchange business that also have market leading global payment facilities.

Due to rapid expansion they are looking for new Sales Exec's to join their team based in DIFC.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Through your own research (online and offline e.g. trade shows, exhibitions, networking events etc) identify and qualify prospective clients that can benefit directly from our foreign exchange and international payment services.
- Guide clients through the account opening process and obtain and collate all required account opening (AML & KYC) documents and prepare for consideration by our on-boarding and compliance departments.
- Update CRM database
- Maintain sales pipeline ensuring continued activity
- Exceed set targets (KPIs)
- Conduct handover to the relationship manager sharing key information

Make significant numbers of outbound calls to the identified prospects to introduce our services to the relevant decision maker(s) in order to:
- Qualify and fact find to understand the prospective clients requirements and explain to them the savings (cost and time) we can offer them and suggest suitable strategies and solutions.
- Explain the simple dealing process, products and the system benefits.
- Arrange meetings with decision makers, demonstrations of our online platform, conduct comparisons and currency reviews in order to highlight the benefits of our services.
- Convert prospect into an active profitable client.

Handle incoming telephone enquiries in order to:
- Qualify and fact find to understand the prospective clients requirements and explain to them the savings (cost and time) we can offer them and suggest suitable strategies and solutions.
- Explain the simple dealing process, products and the system benefits.
- Arrange meetings with decision makers, demonstrations of our online platform, conduct comparisons and currency reviews in order to highlight the benefits of our services.
- Convert prospect into an active profitable client.

A basic salary will be offered along with one of the best commission structures in the region.
Requirements
The successful candidates will have a strong sales background and be highly driven to succeed.

Basic requirements include:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer and numerical literacy
- Professional and articulate
- Ability to understand products
- Can self-generate sales pipeline
- Proven track record in sales and exceeding KPIs, preferably in the deliverable FX market or related industries
- Knowledge of FX and/or international payments (desirable)
- Existing client base (desirable)

Islamic Studies and Arabic Social Studies Teacher - Cycle 1 & 2 Arabic

The Role
- Have thorough knowledge of Cycle 1 & 2 Arabic language/ Islamic Studies/ Arabic Social Studies subjects being taught as complemented by the Ministry Of Education Arabic Medium Curriculum.
- Plan and teach well-structured lessons which are documented and reflect school schemes of work
- Set homework in accordance with school policy and procedures
- Make accurate and productive use of assessment including using data to monitor progress, set targets and plan subsequent lessons
- Give students regular feedback, both orally and, through accurate and diagnostic marking in line with Al Shohub’s marking policy encouraging students to respond to the feedback
- Record and make use of summative and formative assessments to secure progress of every student
- Undertaking pastoral duties
- Participate in meetings at school, which relate to the curriculum for the school or the administration or organisation of the school, including pastoral arrangements
- Attend parents meetings and be appropriately prepared to discuss student achievement and well-being
- Participate in arrangements for further training and professional development as a teacher
Requirements
- Female Arabic National
- Graduate with Arabic as a Major [for three years] / B Ed with Arabic as one of the subjects
- Minimum 2-4 years teaching experience in the relevant Arabic curriculum
- Holding an ADEC license is a plus
- Native Arabic speaker but must demonstrate their ability to converse (spoken and written) in the English language
- 21st Century teaching skills
- Experience teaching in a British curriculum school is an advantage
- Experience teaching Islamic culture and values is a plus
