The workflow solutions business of HSM specifically offers end-to-end workflow
solutions comprising hardware, software and services to facilitate optimized
process re-engineering to deliver step changes in productivity and accuracy
within business operations.
The Senior Sales Manager, Workflow Solutions will have top line revenue responsibility for the posted region, while leading a team of sales managers, sales professionals and pre-sales consultants. This role will report into a Global Director of Workflow Solution Sales.
Primary Responsibilities of this role will includ
Partner with the line of business leaders, and technology leaders, to achieve annual global revenues goals, net income targets, and cash flow objectives.
Partner with integrated supply chain organizations to ensure quality, volume, and delivery expectations are forecasted appropriately and achieved.
Partner with regional sales leaders of other lines of business to collaborate on account strategy and cross-selling opportunities and programs.
Continually evaluate sales coverage and resource allocation throughout the region and prioritize investments based on needs.
Establish teams and strategies
Drive a culture of accountability and performance throughout the sales and customer care organizations. Provide leadership, supervision, and support for a diverse staff by furnishing clear expectations, candid feedback, and constructive coaching.
Drive the global sales excellence initiative for the Workflow Solutions sales organizations.
Define goals, establish priorities, and assign responsibilities across the Workflow Solutions sales organization.
Maintain effective relationships with customers, developing business plans and resolving issues as necessary.
Ensure appropriate sales incentive structures to drive the achievement of revenue, cash flow, and net income objectives.
Sponsor sales training initiatives throughout the organization to insure sales representative preparedness and effectiveness.
