The Role
Our client
is a UK law firm with a strong international presence. The Middle East Business
Development team is currently hiring for a Business Development Assistant who
will benefit from training, mentorship and international exposure.
This role will be based in the Dubai and will support the BD and marketing activities across the Middle East. It will report directly to the Senior BD Manager.
You, the successful applicant, will be responsible for the following day to day tasks:
- Event Management; assist with the coordination and development of presentations, seminars, conferences, and social events.
- Collateral, Information, and Directory Maintenance; Assist in updating and maintaining profiles, presentations, legal directory submissions, and internal databases.
- Business Proposals and Communications; Assist in the development of proposals, presentations, and PR opportunities.
- Ad hoc Administration; assist the team with projects and provide general administration support.

- A Bachelor Degree in the areas of Business, Marketing or Law.
- Proven ability to fulfil requirements under pressure and in a collaborative setting.
- Excellent verbal and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated use of discretion when working with sensitive and confidential information.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new IT systems.
- Displays a high attention to detail and an energetic attitude.
- Arabic language stills are desirable but not essential.
