Position: Business Development Manager
The candidate should be authorized to work in the US (US Citizen or with a Valid H1B )
Experience: 8-10 years
Location: US (West coast, California State, Silicon Valley Area)
Skills and Competencies Required
1. Past experience of selling technology services to US-based technology companies
2. Confident, resilient and determined approach towards sales.
3. Excellent in Networking.
The person will be responsible for:
1. Spearheading the efforts to gain more customer logos.
2. Using internal and external network to develop and qualify leads and pursue and close them.
3. To work with the marketing team providing territorial and domain insights to generate new leads.
4. Interface with customer CXOs and VP-Engineering and will be expected to develop strong working relationships with them.
5. Work with the proposals team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.
6. Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
7 Achieve direct sales targets with consultative solution approach and across sell products
8. Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
