Manager
Strategic Partnership - Corporate Marketing - Kuwait
As Strategic Partnership Manager for Alshaya's Corporate Marketing division, you will be responsible for ensuring that Alshaya develops and optimises relationships with strategic partners. You will support the brand marketing teams in the delivery of effective, commercial corporate social responsibility partnership programs that drive incremental revenue.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Supplier Management / Quality Assurance
* Receiving and processing requests for corporate Gift Card sales
* Reviewing suppliers of partnership collateral against negotiated rates and SLAs and providing feedback to line manager and Production team
* Providing historic costs to support negotiations with partners
* Managing and communicating strategic partnerships to brand marketing teams
* Maintaining relationships with existing strategic partners to support individual brands and Alshaya corporate initiatives
* Assessing the effectiveness of all partnerships and cross-brand collaborations for corporate fit and against cost criteria, recommending parameters of deals to line manager plus any remedial action (where necessary)
* Building and managing professional relationships with external partners whilst also creating and maintaining excellent team and cross functional working relationships
* Forming appropriate cross-functional working teams to ensure implementation and activation of partnerships i.e. Finance, IT, Audit
* Working cross-functionally with other teams and functions to ensure the efficient implementation of marketing initiatives
* Providing partner guidelines to brand teams
* Adhering to all company policies, procedures and guidelines
* Sharing best practice within the brand, division and across Alshaya
* Ensuring all activity is delivered in line with Alshaya's Vision & Values.

Requirements
* A minimum
of 5 years of experience in marketing (preferably 3 years of managerial
experience).
* A university Degree in a relevant subject
* Good communication, management and organisational skills
* Proficiency with all Microsoft Office tools.
