The
Role
Responsible
for the development, implementation and management of the Condition Monitoring
(CBM) functions within this major new fertilizer complex, the Manager Condition
Monitoring is a key member of the maintenance management team.
The position involves system and equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, performance monitoring, defining outage work and maintenance priorities. Disciplines include: Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) Program for technical requirements include turbine and rotating equipment lube oil analysis, transformer and circuit breaker oil analysis, rotating equipment vibration analysis and boiler and related system thermographic analysis.
Responsible for the establishment Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) Program procedures to assess health of rotating equipment and timely equipment repair recommendations based on analytical results. Responsible for the implementation of the TQM- Continuous Improvement Process within the department. Ensuring any abnormalities to the notice of condition monitoring engineer and provide inputs for analysis.
Responsibilities include;
? Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures and Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) Program with recommendations to eliminate future equipment problems.
? Directs condition monitoring, reliability and performance evaluation for all MWSPC plant equipment.
? Oversee vibration analysis data for plant equipment, generate reports and initiate necessary corrective & preventive actions.
? Oversee Condition Monitoring tests in order to ensure quality or detect discontinuities using Non-Destructive Testing methods of inspection.
? Monitor and improve performance for inspection and /or repairs, ensuring that assigned jobs are managed in accordance with the Company's environmental and safety procedures.
? Keep liaison with subcontractors on the specialized Condition Monitoring Techniques.
? Provide technical support regarding status of predictive maintenance jobs/projects and identify areas of improvement
? Responsible for the implementation of the TQM- Continuous Improvement Process within the department.
? Reviews Thermodynamic performance for the critical machines using on line system and issues reports. Keep a track of “Equipment under Alert” list for assigned plant area. Establishes proper storage of the Equipment report and data.

Requirements
You must be
able to display a successful track record of leadership and excellent technical
expertise in this filed. Supported by a degree qualification you should have
held similar roles in fertilizers, refineries, power, or process plants with a
minimum 12-15 years industry, and 6-7+ years minimum managerial experience.
This should include Rotating Equipment maintenance, condition monitoring, and practical hands on experience of Non-Destructive Testing Tools, Vibration Analyzer, Thermographic Camera, and Stethoscope Ultra Probe. Sound understanding of Predictive Maintenance.

for machinery and equipment within a major new phosphate fertilizer complex.
You will ensure all facilities, resources and systems are developed and in
place prior to plant commissioning and operational phases.
This is a key leadership role and you will provide the direction, motivation and management to a well qualified and trained workforce, working to budgets and plans and promoting a strong safety culture.
The role has responsibilities including workshop and services projects, management of contractors, outsourcing service providers, and contracts and planning, execution and cost control of shutdowns and turnarounds.

requires a degree qualified professional engineer, with a minimum 12 years

processing industries. At least 5-7 years should have been in maintenance or
engineering managerial roles.
